Framingham Risk Factor Comparison

All patients visiting The Cleveland Clinic who are suspected of having coronary heart disease are candidates for this study. Skin cholesterol results are entered into The Cleveland Clinic Foundation database, which also contains the patient’s Framingham information, medications, angiography outcome, etc. When analyzing the data, queries can be made comparing skin cholesterol to any and all of the information available in the database.
